If we're talking about financing, we will finance your start-up through bank debt (specialized banking product such as loan, credit, leasing, renting, factoring, reverse factoring…), which you will have to pay back in the established terms plus an established interest rate; in this case, we do not enter into the capital of your company.

What is the difference between Banco Sabadell financing my startup or investing in it?

The main difference is that, in the case of investment, BStartup will enter as an investment partner in your start-up taking an equity percentage of your capital and supporting you with additional services.

If we’re talking about financing, we will finance your start-up through bank debt (specialized banking product such as loan, credit, leasing, renting, factoring, reverse factoring…), which you will have to pay back in the established terms plus an established interest rate; in this case, we do not enter into the capital of your company.

How can I receive information about your talks and events related to the creation and growth of startups?

If you have any questions, please write to us indicating the city where your startup is located, so that the most appropriate person can assist you.

1. No administration or maintenance fees. Profitability may vary according to market conditions. Currently, an annual yield of 2% APR up to €20,000 of the combined average balance of the Sabadell Online Account and the Sabadell Savings Accounts held by linked account holders. Representative example of remuneration over one year calculated for a combined average monthly balance of €20,000: 2% annual nominal interest rate, 2.018% APR, €400 interest paid during the year. Monthly settlement and credit to the Sabadell Online Account on the 15th of the following month (or the previous business day if the 15th is not a business day).

2. Offer valid for accounts opened between 25/07/2025 and 30/09/2025. For personal use, €300 for new salary direct deposits of a minimum of €1,000 received in the Sabadell Online Account, and with Bizum linked to the account. The incentive is subject to the applicable tax withholding. To be eligible for this incentive, both Bizum and the salary deposit must remain active in the account for 12 consecutive months, including on the day the incentive is paid. The incentive will be paid monthly (€25 gross/month) for 12 months. Check the terms and conditions in the promotion rules available here.

3. Withdraw cash with your debit card for free at Banco Sabadell ATMs in Spain, regardless of the amount you withdraw. It is also free if you withdraw €60 or more at ATMs of the main institutions in the EURO 6000 network: Abanca, Ibercaja, KutxaBank, Unicaja Banco, CajaSur, Caixa Ontinyent and Colonya Caixa Pollença.

4. The issuance of the credit card is subject to meeting the Bank’s risk criteria and its approval after the corresponding risk and viability assessment has been carried out.

5. A 3% refund on the amount of bills issued in the account holders’ names and charged to the account during each calendar quarter, corresponding to electricity and/or gas supply companies. The refund will be paid quarterly, no later than the 15th day (or the previous business day) of the following calendar month after the end of the quarter in which the bills were charged. In accordance with personal income tax regulations, the amount resulting from applying the 3% refund on bills is considered investment income and is subject to a withholding tax at the currently applicable rate of 19%.
