“The good, the bad and the ugly in an investment round” at #SouthSummit19

Banco Sabadell organizes different activities related to the entrepreneurial ecosystem with the objective of facilitating the development of new projects. One of these programs is the BStartup Class, where entrepreneurs make their experiences known through different videos, such as the panel “The good, the bad and the ugly in an investment round” held at the recent South Summit 2019.

BStartup has participated as a Global Partner in what has been the best edition of the South Summit, a benchmark meeting point for entrepreneurship held from 2nd to 4th October at La N@ve in Madrid. With the participation of more than 450 speakers and the most innovative startups, the complete program of activities of this edition organized, on the first day, the panel “The good, the bad and the ugly in an investment round”, which dealt with the most relevant in the negotiation of the shareholders agreement in an investment round.

This interesting conference was conducted by José Manuel Carol, Director of BStartup10 Banco Sabadell, and was attended by Sergio Pérez, Director of Sabadell Venture Capital, Francesc López Castellec, Founder and COO of the startup Stayforlong, Jordi Ferrer, Founder and CEO from the startup Zinklar, and Juan Antonio Castro, from the RCD law firm – Rousaud Costas Duran.

The video includes the full panel, where participants explained everything a startup should know before preparing an investment round. In the words of Sergio Pérez, Director of Sabadell Venture Capital: “Identify in which area the investor focuses; prepare what you are going to teach him and try to know who you will talk to.”

Visit the BStartup Class and discover the videos, with which you can learn about the experiences of different entrepreneurs and they will help you achieve success in your project.
