We're looking for the best pre-seed and seed health projects
With over 20 investments in the health sector and some of the country’s most promising companies, we have opened our eighth consecutive annual call for investment specifically for the sector’s startups.
Sector
Projects in the Health industry: Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Therapeutics & Drugs, and e-Health.
Stage
Projects may be submitted at the pre-seed, seed, or early stage.
Investment objective
We strive to support project valorisation (patentability studies, proof of concept, prototypes, business plans…) in order to bring them to an optimal and desirable level of maturity and guarantees for future investment rounds with industry-specific venture capital (early VC rounds).
Teams
Projects led by entrepreneurs highly committed to their venture, with global ambition, industry experience, and a clear intention to build multidisciplinary and complementary teams.
Spanish companies
Spanish companies that are already incorporated or in the process of incorporation, with an international vision.
Differentiated and innovative value proposition
A differentiated and innovative value proposition in terms of product or business model that addresses a real, unmet need.

We invest in health projects at the pre-seed and seed stages, where the investment is primarily aimed at validating the technology/research and business model, to help drive the leap into the next phases on the path to reaching the market and society.
Investment of up to €200,000
in up to 3 projects in exchange for a percentage of equity.
Present your project
The opportunity to pitch your project in person to the most important health investment funds and receive their feedback if selected for the hearings (top 20 projects) or the Demo Day (8 finalist companies), with feedback from fund partners and post-event networking lunch.
The support of a loyal and patient partner
in divestment, with a portfolio of more than 20 health companies and 8 years’ experience investing in the industry.
We are an evergreen investment vehicle, 100% owned by Banco Sabadell.
